Surf wouldnt do as much damage from a Feraligatr, like Waterfall would. Feraligatr has better physical attack than sp attack so surf wouldnt help. I would try something like: Waterfall Swords Dance Earthquake Ice Fang Hold Item either Salac Berry, Leftovers, Razor Claw or Scope Lens. Everly
