What do you offer for those pokemon? I want mostly legendaries, like palkia or lugia

For lugia my friend offers: uxie, regigigas (not TRU), japanese cresselia, blaziken, any eevee evolution, chimchar, rotom... I offer for palkia: uxie, azelf, mesprit, cresselia, chimchar, any eevee evolution may be getting some shinies, but not sure when... i offer the same stuff for lugia
