You can dual boot windows if you install Windows. You need a Windows DVD. Mac comes with an application by default (if it's Leopard or Snow Leopard onwards) called BootCamp. When you insert a Windows DVD, you can launch that App and then you can find your way to create a FAT32-formatted windows...
