So I'm a little further in the game (Goldenrod) and I have a few things to say. 1) Sometimes trainer's pokemon run out of PP for their rollout attack after only one use or two. The first time it happened was with Lyra's Marill after I switched out my Zubat for my Jigglypuff, so I thought that...

So I'm not far yet in the beta (just got my first badge) and noticed two things : 1) When I catch a pokemon its image that appears in the "Do you want to give a nickname to X" screen is of a colour different from its stats picture and different from the default colour used in the pokedex...

Is it normal for me and Lyra to both have a female starter considering they are normally more likely to be male? (Could be just luck there) or for my Cyndaquil to have Flame Body and not blaze? (not complaining here, I like breeding things and if it works like in later gen I won't need to store...

Thank you for your help but I lost my micro SD with the game and save (it fell in a hole between two planks in the patio after falling from the table), and I had all the regions in the first continent under control after winning the auctions...I don't know if i'll start over or play the vanilla...

So my team levels range from 19 to 21...and the next story mission is Yowie's...any tip on how to win? One of my problem is that the game forbids me to use my Nu Mou mage...and he's the only one with my Viera who can learn absorb MP...since none of my other characters have learnt spells.

The thing is when I did the wolf mission the people in my team had level which ranged from 3 to 5 and the brown wolves were all level 5 while the green one was 8(!). I think i'm going to play in English during the fights and in French during the story...or some weird combination like that....

Just a question: de we have to play the game in English to get the edits? Because I patched to an US version but it has French and Spanish language options in addition to English...my flashcard and my Ds being parametered to French the game self-selected that language and for convenience I kept...

Indeed that's why I advised to breed it with a shiny Ditto...Ditto can breed with anything no matter the gender or lack there of and when breeding with a shiny Ditto the chance of hatching a shiny baby is 1/64 in the vanilla version but seems closer to 1/4 or even 1/2 in this hack from my own...

In the water between Johto and Kanto when going to Tohjo Falls there are at level 33 and still know the move or you can catch a high level one and breed it (if possible with a shiny Ditto for increased shiny rate) and train the baby...
