Yes, but the problem is, who is going to be the main character? Who's going to be the Leader? I know something of games and I think player wouldn't like being ordered to do something by someone. Freedom is crucial, even if it's in the plotline. So Player will eventually replace my character which will be the Leader, so player will be the Leader of the team.
