Thats not even close to a burn deck, its just 50+ cards. Picking up the ones you need will take forever. Rather than use cards like Jinzo #7, I would us Cannon Soldiers and Scape Goats. Or Gravity Bind, Solum Wishes and Fire Princess.

It wouldn't be evolving then, evolution means moving up from one form to another. Ex:tadpole, to a mix of both, then frog. Evolving then returning to your first form is called "Devolution", and im not sure this is possible.
