Life Orb is and amazing item, it allows for boosted power without the Lock of the Choice Items.

I agree with Hyperbeem, the only thing that has been able to beat my Spinners is Jellicent. Then again, all of this could be solved with a simple Crunch.

I think that that the massive quantities of Special Sweepers in the 5th Gen. allow for many new Choice Specs users. However, In older generations, most Special sweepers either A) had such a giantic Special attack stat that there was no need for Choice Specs; instead, they utilized the Choice...

Many Pokemon cause rage. I think the most widely used one is a Pokemon that we all know and "Love" - Ferrothorn. This massive wall counters nearly everything in the game, bar fire types, it it is used correctly. I personally have won many battles due to Ragequits caused by my Ferrothorn.
