I try to find a free space for my background but when I search for a space it comes up with "can't find enough free space try using a different offset" I have search from beginning of rom checked how do I get this working?

map connections are glitchy when I add a new map on to the left of pallet town and go right into the town then down to route 20 and when i go to route 1 suddenly im on the s.s.anne Also can you add a feature in world map editor to not only change the data but the picture too.

How do you create your own map name and how do you make your map appear in the in-game map?

yes I did open it with paint afterwards but what am I supposed to do to get a sprite looking normal?

Every time I try to change the sprite it comes up with "image is not indexed" and when I check it on irfanview I have only used 16 colours why does this happen? I use paint, irfanview and free space finder.
