Will Claydol learn Psychic? And if not, where can I find the TM for Psychic? I had it once but that save state got bugged so i started from another save state. p.s do stone-evolved pokemon still learn moves? p.p.s where's the TM for Earthquake?

Stuck in dark rising HQ area(I forgot the name of the region lol). Please heeeelp. After beating Atem in Millenium City(?), right after exiting, an invisible sprite asked me if i am ready to go to dark rising hq because of the police, which, I realized, is an event that has already happened...

Hurray! I got a shiny(dark? idk, colors are reversed) Cacturne! Awesome hack. There are some grammatical errors and tiling errors but otherwise it is really really awesome and fun to play.
