Well i had a look at the thread and decided to try and help out. But due to the lack of complexity in your images this is all i got its reposed and has a mouth i could have done more but since the pokemon was not my vision ill just stop right here i mait try it again later but this is what i got.

I dont think it will be a crystal remake i think ether they will make a new game or they will remake R/S/E. The reason i say that they will not remake crystal is cause they didnt remake yellow like they did red and blue
