Yeah, that would mean that either:
-Sun and Moon exist in their own timeline (which is unlikely)
-They take place millions of years after ORAS
OR (most likely, going with OP's theory)
-The events of some game after HGSS severely altered the ocean's tides and stuff, and so the water level rose...
It would've worked great on the Wii U, with the Gamepad and all. If a sequel were made, it'd be cool to see legendaries outside of Kanto's 5 (though I think only 4 were in Snap). At this point, though, we're more likely to see it on the NX if it ever happens at all, and who knows what hardware...
I play pretty casually, except I like to twist things by narrating the battles. I imagine what the opponent might say and then imagine a trash-talk response for it.
Random flash of inspiration - why not Orre region remakes?
Think about it: For Gen 3, we have RSE remakes done, they've rereleased RBY to the eShop, and in any case, Red and Blue were already remade with FRLG. So... That leaves Orre.
Hmm... Strictly speaking, Battle Revolution surpassed XD/Coliseum's graphics. The style was similar, but BR used a much newer engine, so naturally its visual appeal was better.
I just think that postgame content that adds to the story, like Sevii Islands, HGSS Kanto, and the Delta Episode are much better than things like mindless Pokemon hunting, legendary poaching and Battle Frontier mashing.
Honestly, I would just be okay with another Battle Revolution. As confusing as the two-player controls were, the game modes in that game were pretty fun. If Nintendo/PTC/GF released a similar game for the NX, that'd be amazing. It'd have a much better resolution, presumably, a far more detailed...
As of late, Niantic has mostly killed bots. They're handing out bans left and right. The only way you'd manage to bot Pokemon GO now would be to program something yourself, and I doubt you'll find info on programming here on PokeCommunity.
Achromatic, move this to Pokemon GO please :)
I figure it'd be something else revenge-related, since the Skull leader seems to have a grudge against the Professor for something related to their teacher.
Do you think that games like Pokemon Battle Revolution and Pokemon Coliseum are additions or detractions from the main series? Do you think that with the NX coming out at some point, GF might make a similar game for Gen 7? Is it a good approach? Please discuss!
I always figured that the overarching moral was just that you should let people make decisions for themselves, rather than impose your own worldview onto everyone else.
