I dont think you should worry too much about being able to walk around with Pokemon. You wouldn't want the game to be mostly eye-candy :P. That can come later, you just probably want to worry about more important aspects of the game then being able to walk around with all sorts of pokemon :)...

Oh yah, feel free to use them at your discretion. Put them in whatever area you think fits em best. A gym theme I could definitley do, I'll try that out. I found a great place to get pokemon midis so that shouldn't be too hard. I sent you all the midis that I wrote so far that turned out well...

I'd probably have to go with Blaziken, in addition to looking awesome it could single handedly sleep the whole elite 4 in ruby and sapphire.
