Started playing Pokémon in 1998 when I was 9 years old and in the fourth grade. 15 years later, including my time in high school and college, I still play Pokémon, although I've never played anything beyond Generation 3 and various ROM hacks. Why? My life got too busy to put all the time and effort into memorizing types, routes, trainers, etc. I thoroughly enjoy Pokémon trivia from the first 3 generations and am always trying to learn something new about them.
