Agreed. This hack is the Crystal version done just right. Perfect level of difficulty. All of regular Crystal was too easy.

Are you sure you're not thinking of Surf? There was an event that gave Pikachu Surf, but I'm not aware of Pikachu/Raichu ever having the capability to use Fly.
