I saw a clip about catching deoxus. Is it real or just another hack?

I know it is kinda impossible but can you list all the pkmns I can catch by now. Or maybe just the rare one. For example can I catch deoxus or the three birds.

I have one q. Where exactly is Squirtle and is it hard to fin d it, cos I searched all the water and I couldn't find it. It says that if you go to the next route you couldn't catch. What does the "next route" mean? Thanks in advance.
