You usually don't need 2 separate spinner/defoggers. That wastes a move slot in my opinion. I would go with Heat Wave on Zapdos instead, since Zapdos is weak to rocks which makes it a worse defog/spinner than excadrill. Or just not change breloom to zapdos.
Heatran is the safest switch in for a fairy attack on sableye, most likely from a Mega Gardevoir or Clefable. Heatran also lets you switch in on fire attacks on Skarmory. Essentially, Heatran is great at annoying your opponent and Skarmory can cover its 4x ground weakness
One thing I notice is that you don't really have a safe switch-in for scald seeing as garchomp, scizor and azumarill all don't want to be burned. That ties in with another issue - you don't have any special attackers so it's easy to get walled by a physically defensive pokemon.
Klefki with light clay and using reflect + light screen will allow you to set up almost anything e.g. your Hawlucha with substitute/swords dance, or dragon dance your Mega Altaria. The last spot on your team should be a defogger/spinner, ideally one that can also set up stealth rock - Empoleon...
Another option is to use seismic toss e.g. with Chansey or Blastoise which will 3HKO the Shuckle so it won't be able to survive using rest since everything outspeeds it.
Recently I made a couple of videos mixing two of my favourite franchises:
Pikachu goes Super Saiyan for the first time
kEaFH3_7lno
(This is recreated almost shot for shot from Vegeta turning Super Saiyan)
Vegeta vs Frieza: Pokemon Battle Edition

Enjoy!
I remember seeing Dragon Ball Z, Yugioh and Pokemon as a kid. Back then I just thought they looked cool but didn't really understand what was going on on them. Recently I've rewatched half of Pokemon, and also DBZ and Yugioh all the way through and I loved it. Definitely a nostalgia element to it.
IMO running Jirachi as a tank is OK but even if you do get the body slam paralysis your Iron Head flinching won't do much without attack investment. I would go with full attack and HP - it should still be a difficult pokemon to KO.
Personally, i would go with Jolly on Arcanine to get more outspeeds. I wouldn't go with earthquake on Sceptile either - it's better to use all special attacks, or go with swords dance physical attacker in which case you keep earthquake and get leaf blade and dragon claw. Maybe go with...
