    Well i found Zapdos and it was on old Power Plant. Go to the Rock Tunnel and if you have placed those flutes(yellow in this case) on bases then there (Rock Tunnel) are "door" and then you're in old Power Plant where Zapdos is. Hopefully that helped..

    If you are already in Kanto, there's a guy at the Celadon Mansion in Celadon City who's selling them. Like the other stonesellers. Hopefully that helped. I'm still waiting a new beta where i can continue my journey.. Right now i'm in Mandarin City and got the Old Key.
