yeah that guys entei is hacked, im not gonna argue the hoppip was from xd or colo it wasent wild. And you defiantly dont encounter as many pokes in colo as you do in any gba/ds poke games so it gonna be rare. IDK who this guy is but im quite sure it is possible only because in the shiny lovers...
