    FireRed hack: Pokemon Fuligin

    Hey I have a problem. I traded for a jynx but can't raise it past 30 because I don't have the 4th gym badge. All my other pokemon are around level 40 but jynx because I don't have the gym badge that let's it level past it and obey me. edit: great game though!
