Not likely. Most games and roms are made in the standard size, so if you're using anything else you'll most likely need to sprite them yourself.

I remember where I knew you from! I think I did a trainer sprite of May for you a while back. I think you liked it at the time but it's not very good compared with what I've gone recently.

Does anyone know where I can get any tilesets from Pokemon Ranger? I've ripped more tiles myself than Spriter's Resource has...but it's been a few years and I've sort of forgotten how to do it.
