I'm studying for medical skills and let me tell you: vegan diet is not good. People are fooled to believe that vegan diet only gives good nutrition, but it's been not only proven, but tested that those who are not vegans are skinnier and healthier than those who are. Meat has vitamins that vegetables don't....so you made a good choice to prevent from going there. Now, this is only advice...advice...just saying.
