Dunsparce needs an evolution to make it recognizable as snake pokemon. Since it has wings i'd say it would evolve into a normal-flying type and would gain a decent speed boost. Zangoose should also evolve. It screams for a defense boost and a normal-fighting dual type sounds reasonable. Seviper...
