It's all good. I found Smochum in Reign of Legends. All the Ruby Destiny games sound really awesome though so it be great if she was in Life of Guardians too. But if not, no biggie.

Wel I switched to Reign of Legends as I found a walkthrough on here that says Smoochum can be captured in the snow city at the start of teh game. And now I have one! Yay!

Can you catch a Smoochum in Ruby Destiny? Or will I have to trade her in from another game?
