This is a pretty cool hack! Question, though: Does the Ralts line learn any fairy type moves? Same question for the Marill line and the Mawile line. Without fairy type moves (and for Gardevoir/Altaria, without Pixilate), they seem a lot less exciting.

The game crashed while I was exiting a cave in Mt. Priest and saved itself in that state, and now I'm stuck in a seemingly infinite row of trees and can't move. Any way to fix this?

Didn't have much time, so I just played for a while. Don't know if this has been reported yet, but whenever I call Emily (Marina) now, she just says "Well, I gotta go, bye." I know it's because I have most of the corrupted Pokemon or something, but she's not mentioning any of the new ones...

Yeah, that's been an ongoing glitch. I think the solution is not to use it from your menu, and instead press confirm on the dark space. If not, it's the other way around.
