Thanks for all the input. I've played around with a few IV calculators but I'm not always sure how to interpret the findings. I like the one from the Silph Road because it does an overall summary for people like me but I've noticed that sometimes the "appraisal" given by the NPC in game...

Also, are people getting the +2000 Pokemons through evolution/powering up or just finding them?
