Actually I think you're right. I may have worded it wrong. I believe it's a glitch caused by the random occurrence of the dust storm followed immediately by rain. The same happens with the dust storm and thick snow.

I'd say rain because the brown rain is only caused due to a dust storm occurring and then switching to rain.

It has multiple Pokémon from Hoenn and events that were added in to it such as the Static event. They're more rare than others, but still rather common. My Mightyena is one of my strongest, and I caught him first.

Sorry if this has been stated before, but I somehow lost the Plain Badge. I realised this right at the point of needing to use strength in Cianwood that it had been gone. Not even on my Trainer Card. And yes, I did make sure Whitney gave it to me after crying. It just dissapeared somehow. Help...
