im confused why rowe patcher is loading an file and failed i cant fill the rom file needed and its keep load an rowe 1.6.5.3 file

this rom hack is nice and some animation is great like mega evolving is improved not like other rom hacks who has mega symbol floating like a smoke but after i trade pokemon when i checking party my pokemon summary some of pokemon have sprite disappear and freeze or in battle when checking...

this game is nice tho i like the level scaling and level curves but theres a bug literally no one says i just seen toucannon charging beak blast and it freezed my game can it be fixed?
