Eh, good base power and accuracy, but I wouldn't use it. I doubt someone would use Cross Flame at the same time someone used Cross Thunder, but that might be part of a strategy.

I would go with Lightning Strike + Claw Sharpen on Zekrom (To increase accuracy and attack), and Blue Flame on Reshiram (Since it's accuracy is the exact same as Fire Blasts, plus the extra power).

Zekrom and Reshiram both have the same defenses, except Zekrom has 120 Def/100 SpDef and Reshiram has 100 Def/ 120 SpDef. They're both bulky, so if Reshiram gets 100 base speed, so should Zekrom, Imo. Although, I do agree that Reshiram is more fit to sweep, since it's movepool is better. Lol...
