How many Master balls are in the game? I don't have any yet but i want to know if i can have many of them if so then i'll wait to try to catch Cobalion Also i just beat Toni at the casino for the quest but i can't find the guy at Thrill City to finnish it, it's a bug?

This game is amazing, i'm really enjoying it and the only thing that misses it's a guide hahaha cause i can't find Cyndaquil nor Bagon at Mt Sax, are they beyond the waterfall?
