I would recommend Rotom-W as a replacement to Swampert, since Salamence and Metagross compliment each other nicely, and you really need a special attacker/tank. Rotom-W can use Trick to swap a choice scarf onto the opponent's pokemon, crippling any pokemon that needs to set up to succeed. Hydro...

Only thing I have to add is Garchomp is positively deadly with Swords Dance, capable of sweeping entire teams single handedly. If you want to run that then replace Crunch. Definitely keep Dragon Rush though, it works perfectly on Garchomp.

In the typing department, you have three Pokemon that are weak to fighting type moves, and no Psychic type to counter that. I highly recommend Reuniclus. But if this is just for in-game, here is my analysis of the movesets.
