The path the Cinnabar Island is closed and I can't get up route 4 to Pewter City what do I do?

I did that, there is no one in Dragon's Den.

I beat gym leader Clair a while ago, but only just found out you are supposed to get a Dratini from an elder in the Dragon's Den. I never got it before, can I still get it? I went back to the Dragon's Den and saw no one :(

I've been trying to get the move tutor to teach my Lugia and my Glaceon moves, but he says "That pokemon can't learn a move! Read the memo there! Keh!" Why can't they learn a move from him and where is the memo?

Help me evolve my Eevee into Glaceon? I heard you can only evolve it in Diamond/Pearl and you need two DS's to trade. Well, I only have one so I need someone who I can trade my Eevee to from my SoulSilver game to their Diamond/Pearl game, evolve it, and then send it back via nintendo wifi.

Oh, and also, if one of my pokemon gets KO'ed and I use a revive on it, will the status problems be gone?

Will frozen pokemon melt on their own in battle like asleep pokemon will wake up? I am in the elite four and have no more ice heals.

How do I beat Muk in elite four? It keeps using a move to raise it's evasiveness and I can't hit it at all.

How do I get through the cave to get to Blackthorn city? I tried moving the boulders around to push them through the holes, but I was only able to get one in and can't figure out the rest >.>
