after I write a script in pokescript, how do I apply it to a person in the game, will it give me an offset number thingy, and how do I comile a script in pokescript?

for ruby, the hoenn pokemon start at around 964, so bulbasaur should be around 462, but I have a question, I try changing the front sprite of the 3 starters, but it doesn't work but the back sprites work, but also, the front and back sprites work for their evolutions though.

Well, for exactly what I did in ScriptED, I wrote a script to give your character a pokemon in wordpad, copied it into ScriptED, then hit save, and triedhitting "COMPILE" but I can't, the button is wierd, like the other buttons have the black lettering so you can click on it, but the letters on...

I loaded my sript into ScriptED, and hit save, but it won't let me press COMPILE.

OR, trying using a US rom, ad make sure it's a US version one, this happened to me, but once I used a US rom it worked fine.

For starters, I don't know if you can even use emeral with those programs, but I think you can, I was having trouble with it also, but make sure you using a US version rom, not a european or japanese rom, hope this helped.

On advance map, click on the picture of a coner of a house, in the top left, kinda, and the one that says, NEW, and when you're done, click INS to put it somewhere.

When I try importing one, it says "image not indexed" can anyone help? Thanks
