    ok i found the problem, the base im using changed the effect adress of 2-5 hits to 66 instead of 29

    Hello, i'm starting out romhacking and im using the liberate emerald base. (https://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=451990) my issue is that the new attack i wanna introduce ( a special grass seed ) does no damage and displays, when it hits (it only hits when the opponents was damaged)...
