Do not use a Max Repel. Just walk around in the grass and try and keep changing routes after a few tries. I suggest to try and get Suicune into Route 7. It's the smallest route making it easier to find Suicune.

I'm playing it on my GBASP but i've tried saving it on my GB and the same result happens.

I'd say when he has 1 HP and he's PAR, he was easy to catch with a great ball. I only wasted 5 on him.

Just keep looking. You'll eventually find him. When you catch him, try catching him in route 7.

My LG was at 250+ hours until I restarted and I think it's at 80+ hours.

It's a very useful item. I have 2. One from my previous game and one from my current game. I use it to train pokemon upto a certian level or help them get trained to Lv. 100. example: my Raikou. I used Exp.share for him and it worked. He was getting almost 5000xp per battle.

I thought you can get an Espeon in LG since the game is based in the day time.
