Good catch on the Seadra evolution bug. I created a GItHub issue for it, so I'll fix that whenever I'm working on this project again.

Correct, this game won't receive any more updates. I've moved on to bigger and better projects over the years. There is an outside chance I'll reboot Maize as a pokeemerald project, but no guarantees or concrete plans for that right now.

The region map editor is not released, yet. It will be included in an upcoming Porymap 1.2.2 release sometime in the next week. There are some last couple bugs that are being addressed right now.
