I downloaded the ips and it showed it as liquad ocean and wouldn't even let me get out of the place you start! you can't move

I need some help. I downloaded the hack and when you catch the Equial or however you spell it the game pauses. but if you beat it and go threw the hole you can't leave the pc there are bushes blocking you. what do i do? Please help me!
