i search information about this card, and the one site say that it's real, and the other site say nothing about it. Conclusion: It's good possible that this card is real!

What your friend say is right, you can play maximum 4 times the same pokemon in a deck. Also, you may have more than 1 of the same card in play.

It is not bad meaning, but i think this deck don't work for tournaments... For fun playing: Great building! Sure if it is your first deck in a long period!
