Been playing pokes since I was 8. That was in 1998 I believe. I lived in Japan at the time, and it was all the craze, first version was Green. By the time GSC came out, I was in the US. Got, Gold, then Crystal, than Ruby, which became my favorite for a decade. Waited till 2008, and got myself Pearl, playing pokemon for the first time in years. This was the time I started to get into competitive battling, using Shoddy Battle and Smogon's tiers. I began to play pokemon systematically, as oppose to how I played it as a kid, which had its pros and cons. Heartgold came out, I nabbed it, then BW, of which I grabbed B.
Finally, BW2 came out, and I went with W2, which now sits on top of the throne as my favorite Pokemon game ever. I've put about 250 hours in already. I am crazy.
