Its on the first Page o.o Download it ,Find a FireRed Gba file, Patch it with LIPS and play it. If you honestly can't find it use ctrl+f look for "Alpha 1.0.5 released:" without the quotes.

Are you using VisualBoyAdvance for the PC?

Unless you have a android or Iphone. You need to google an emulator for your cell phone download it,extract it, and follow the steps on the Pokemon Brown download on the first page.
