Nice flare on this one, mate. :3 The scanlines are a little unnecessary, IMO, but its techy-look deserves the scan effect in some ways. Either way, the transparency trick in the corner is really a cool add-on to what you have. Sets it apart from other icons. But, still, try erasing the line...

I see. :P Yeah, thats a common GIMP displacement, based off of a default brush. ^^' My bad. I'm no PS'er, but I should try it with my 7.0, eh? xD Yeah, bizarre borders are EPIC. I quickly got "OMFG IF I SEE ANOTHAH PLAIN BORDER IMA GONNA BARFZ". x3 Yeah, I could easily find those in brushes...

Grah, I feel so outward. I tried to emanate color from the center bottom, by gradient cutting a desaturated layer on top of a color. Its solid because of that, that splatters. =-= But, I really do appreciate the in-depth rate. ;3 I guess some magicians are really the only ones to appreciate...

Post-grunge, a little grunge, a little punk, some modern rock. Some emo, some goth. But I lean towards post-grunge the most.

Breaking Benjamin, 3 Doors Down, Sum 41, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, the OLD Greenday (i.e. before American Idiot). Mainly, mainly, post-grunge stuff.

If this was left to bias, I'd give you a 10/10. Gir is my hot sex. Mine. But, in overall skillz, I'd give this a 9.4 I like it, I really do. Just not my style, because I'm having a hard time commenting. ><; 1. -cough-, this still needs a border. A top and bottom 3-5 pixel white should suffice...
