hey how do i evolve budew, oddish, and wynaut

i am at the magmar part and i'm trying to get the burnt rock but when i do i get nothing

i do have 2 things one is that you can never skip a pokemon to another pokemon via final fantasy iv turn i just wanted to ask if there was a possible way you could add that in. also you can't change rows with your pokemon outside of battle

hey i foind a glitch when i was done healing all the sudden i couldn't use my bike and now every time i exit the pokemon center i get the message for when your done with it's services
