    Yes, they are, but technically its writen there ,that "FAKEMON + BACKSPRITES RELEASED TO PUBLIC and YUP. these are public property. no point in acting like i can stop you from using them ;) " So, I think that we can use them freely .

    Hi everyone Those fakemons are amazing and i want to use them in my upcoming pokemon game.But theres a little problem : they dont have the pokemon menu pictures, ehich au you know ,appears in the pokemon menu :-) . So if someone would be thta nice and draw them for me, I would be so thankfull...
