Na! I disagree, Sky attack is weaker than Fly, plus Fly gives you more many advantages over the attacker.

To catch shiney's, it depends on how long you have played the game for, I have played it for at least 200 hrs up to now. Plus you have less than a 1% chance of catching on, so it takes ALOT of patience, more patience than catching a Feebas.
