My current party members that I use are...
Serperior
Vanilluxe
Darmanitan
Beartic
Haxorus
Seismitoad
Boufallant
Archeops
Conkeldurr
I also used a shiny Tentacruel and a Simisear for a while.
I would have to go with... Escavalier. Never used either, but I've had tougher experiences with Escavalier than I've had with Accelgor. Plus, I don't understand Accelgor's design as well as Escavalier's.
My first run-through of the game Ghethis actually wasn't that hard. It was Elesa that was hard for me my first time through the game (and most other times really).
I've seen some pretty good ideas here, and as for the question (Why would a Zoroark have a team of Pokemon?) Remember Mewtwo in the Anime movie, he cloned pokemon and used them as a trainer would.
I'm partial to Samurott because it was the first one I used, Emboar because Fire and Fighting are my two favorite types, and Serperior because I like its design and it's the one I'm using currently.
If you don't want to get a boldore, then teach one of your Pokemon Rock Tomb. I believe you get it in the desert resort. That'll counter those Emolgas. Also, if you don't know how to get an eviolite, it's in Castelia city, in one of those 3 buildings close to the exit to Route 4.
I think Druddigon needs a prevo, then give it's current form slightly higher stats. (It's a bit lackluster compared to Haxorus, and you can get Haxorus earlier than Druddigon.) Probably the same for Basculin, just because it could use some extra later-game power.
All I really did today was train two new pokemon to add to the team, Seismitoad and Darmanitan. They are currently both about 5 levels away from evolving. They sort of replace Simisear and Tentacruel, but at the same time they sorta don't. It's hard to explain. For now I still consider all 8 of...
The last things I did were...
-Explored Wellspring cave
-Got the TMs for Low Sweep and Focus Blast and taught them to Simisear and Conkeldurr
(The site I found these on doesn't have animated shiny sprites.)
Isshu has a lack of Water Pokemon.... Just like Sinnoh had a lack of Fire Pokemon, Kanto had only one Ghost and one Dragon Type Pokemon, Johto had a lack of Steel types (I can only think of three evo lines at this moment), Hoenn had a lack of Ground type Pokemon. It's not unusual for this kind...
Probably the hardest E4 for me has always been Luclin (or whatever the Psychic type guy in DPP is) or Karen. Luclin can sometimes just be annoying in General, plus, you pretty much need to have a fire type to beat his Bronzong and Sinnoh has quite a rarity of them. In fact, DP only let you pick...
I still do enjoy it. There's probably more wild Pokemon variety in these games than in any other games. Granted, the post-game did feel very rushed; they didn't even bother giving it a level curve! All-in-all though, it was a pretty good game.
