Hello there. I as the title suggests, I am looking for a way to enable wild encounters in towns. While I am using several programs such as GSC Wild Pokemon Editor to edit random encounters on the routes, I have no hex editing experience.

I don't know if there is already a topic regarding this question, but I used the advanced search and couldn't find anything. Is there a tool to alter trainer and pokemon battle sprites in Gold? I've tangled with unLZ while using Emerald, but the source I got it from said it is for GBA games.

Does anyone here have experience using unLZ with wine and a Mac? I used TP's method to insert a custom trainer sprite before, but the same method won't work with a pokemon sprite. There shouldn't be too much difference, right? I've done everything listed, but unLZ just spits out a message that...
