MrDollSteak has a patch for this for Fire Red Comes stock in Emerald. Implementing in Fire Red, well, there's some R&D threads about this very topic. Just a note about making hacks: Having THAT many Pokemon available to you makes everything a bit too busy. Trying to implement them in the wild...
