hello, yeah, theres over 150 pages of posts, it would take forever to look through all of them to find out if my question was asked or not, but, i'm told that there is a way to edit the pokedex data, is this true? and if so, how/what tool do i use?

hey, i'm new to the whole hacking pokemon games, hacking games in general, but i downloaded this program, the pokemon editor pro, and i tried to use it, and i got an error message saying "Component 'comdlg32.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid"...
