That's because they only work if the lead of your team is a higher level than the wild Pokemon that would attack it.
Anyways, I use them all the time. Makes life easier. Super repels are best, and are almost as convenient as Max Repels now, thanks to BW2.
When you're making/planning a team in a game, are their any types you're lenient towards having doubles to? Or where their primary type overshadows their secondary type so much, you don't really consider the second much?
Like... doing a run through of Platinum with Kanade right now, and I have...
Based on stats is incredibly misleading. There's nothing to get over. In fact, I love Sceptile. Doesn't change how wrong it is.
And not all starters have the same abilities. If you don't know that, why did you make this thread? The Dream World exists.
Blaziken has Speed Boost. It also has...
Nah, I read the post, except, ironically, the stats. Just saying you wasted your time on a post when it's clearly nowhere near accurate and doesn't factor in abilities and the like in and of itself. The CSM or w/e is completely pointless and has nothing to do with anything.
I specifically said...
There is no contest. Blaziken is in Ubers for a reason.
Also, OP didn't factor in movepools, abilities, or sat distribution, which is disappointing. You shouldn't have spent time on JUST that.
The names mean the same thing. Achroma (the actual translation) is derived from achromatic, meaning without color. Colress is a corruption of Colorless. Both names mean the same thing and both are rather unorthodox names, so I don't see the problem in using the English name, but that's another...
... I don't get it, what's the issue?
Honestly, if Japanese DOES say kill, then the localized version does it better. Freezing to death, especially to watch as they die, is a lot more fitting than just killing them, and I honestly cant see the issue.
Of course. Either to start with a different starter through codes for emulation or trading eggs to hatch in the new game. Makes it more interesting to try out things other than a starter you're handed. That said, I tend to try out all 3 of the others before alt starter.
I'm just curious, is there a reason why people love to reference what the anime does? I mean, the manga(s) also exist. At that, the mangas/Anime are based on the games, not vice versa, so it's the Anime ignoring the game.
4 moves is a balancing factor. If you had 1 more you'd be able to deal...
They had to make it easy in order to let you go to both regions without being ridiculous.
Norman isn't that tough. I beat him on my second try, without grinding, in my first play through. I'll admit, it catches you off guard, but it's not that it's difficult, it's that facade/holy gorillasloth...
This thread reeks of unwanted change to your nostalgia
For the record, Lugia/Ho-oh and Suicune are important to HGSS, and HGSS are superior to Crystal, at least in plot.
Hilda's design was awful. She looked like Miley Cyrus.
The Physical/Special split is ome of the most important things in...
They're supposedly eh on the competitive side, except when they got lucky, so IDK. Aqua Force is shaping up nicely, though. Not really my style, but I do enjoy the concept. Gold Pallies are nice and solid.
I used to play a good deal, but between the fact that I only had 1 friend linking me to...
Narukamis are my deck of choice. Haven't really been playing competitively, though the game's not really a competitive one in and of itself and 'kamis aren't even that great, but still tried/trying to maximize the build anyways. Sadly, haven't really had a chance to play with anyone in like a...
