Wow! Thank you so much! Snorunt (not Snover) can learn spikes through chain breeding (cacnea > roselia > snorunt). It is a bit of a pain since you have to evolve budew via happiness to roselia before you can get it to breed with a snorunt. If you can't be bothered I'm happy to do the chain...
