    Development: Adding New Moves to Gen 3

    This is the first time I am trying to mod a Pokémon Game, and this looked very amazing to me, so I figured I'd give it a shot, but I encountered an error. I'm sure I did everything as it said I should, but anyway, this happens (Images in attachments)
